Consulting Terms & Conditions

This document (the "Consulting Terms") is an extension of the Service Terms and Conditions ​ (the "Service Terms") and incorporates their provisions. The following terms specifically govern consulting services:

Principles

1. These Consulting Terms operate under the Service Terms, which remain fully applicable.
2. All consulting services are governed by a duty of care obligation. I commit to applying my best professional skills and diligence without guaranteeing specific results.

Service Provision and Fees

1. Reserved hours or service units are billable immediately.
2. Rendered services are billable upon completion or partial performance.
3. Payment is due on the invoice date, as outlined in the Service Terms.

Retainer (Availability Fee)

1. A 30% fee applies to retain availability, non-deductible from service fees.
2. For expedited response times:
3. • Within 3 business days: A 50% upfront fee (20% deductible).
   • Within 1 business day: A 100% upfront fee (50% deductible).
4. Unused reserved hours within the agreed availability period are non-refundable.

Confidentiality and Communication

1. All shared information between you and me is confidential, as defined in the Service Terms.
2. You agree not to publish or disclose any commentary, reviews, or details about the consulting services without my prior written consent.
3. Both parties commit to protecting personal and professional confidences shared during the engagement.

Liability and Disputes

1. My liability is limited, as described in of the Service Terms.
2. You are solely responsible for any decisions based on my consulting services.
3. Disputes arising from these Consulting Terms are subject to the Service Terms.

Final Provisions

1. These Consulting Terms apply to all consulting services I provide.
2. By engaging my services, you acknowledge and accept these Consulting Terms and the Service Terms.
