Meeting Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply for all Meeting Services

Effective Date: December 17, 2024


This document (the "Meeting Terms") is an extension of the Service Terms and Conditions (the "Service Terms") and incorporates their provisions. The following terms specifically govern meeting services:

Principles

  1. These Meeting Terms operate under the Service Terms, which remain fully applicable.
  2. All meeting services are governed by a duty of care obligation. I commit to applying my best professional skills and diligence without guaranteeing specific results.

Definition of a Meeting

  1. Any realtime communication between us which has the following four clearly defined attributes shall be governed by these Meeting Terms and shall be referred to as Meeting(s) in general:
    • Precedents:
      The brief description of what lead to, and justified the Meeting to take place
    • Scope:
      The brief description of what will be performed, discussed, or addressed primarily during the Meeting.
    • Succeedents:
      The brief description of what is the end result, consequence, or follow-up of the Meeting.
  2. Any Meeting may additionally have the following attributes:
    1. My Job:
      What my role, responsibility, accountability or generally speaking job, task, or other kind of activity is in relation to the Meeting.
    2. Your Job:
      What your role, responsibility, accountability or generally speaking job, task, or other kind of activity is in relation to the Meeting.
    3. Prerequisites:
      A brief description of all the criteria that must be met in order for the Meeting to take place.
    4. Paperwork:
      A brief description of any administrative tasks to be performed, or list of documents and other resources we must consider as inseparable part of the Meeting before, during, or after the Meeting.
  3. Any Service listed on this Website in the category of Meetings is considered to be a Meeting.

Service Provision and Fees

  1. Appointments, reservations, and other means of booking are billable immediately. 
  2. Rendered services are billable upon completion or partial performance.
  3. Payment is due on the invoice date, as outlined in the Service Terms.
  4. If a Meeting exceeds the initially booked duration, the additional time will be charged at the Meeting’s standard unit price (Net Time) plus a surcharge of 50% of this base fee.

Confidentiality and Communication

  1. All shared information between you and me is confidential, as defined in the Service Terms.
  2. You agree not to publish or disclose any commentary, reviews, or details about the meeting services without my prior written consent.
  3. Both parties commit to protecting personal and professional confidences shared during the engagement.

Liability and Disputes

  1. My liability is limited, as described in of the Service Terms.
  2. You are solely responsible for any decisions based on my meeting services.
  3. Disputes arising from these Meeting Terms are subject to the Service Terms.

Final Provisions

  1. These Meeting Terms apply to all Meeting services I provide.
  2. By engaging my services, you acknowledge and accept these Meeting Terms and the Service Terms.
